Too young? She could of had Val at 16 easy which would put her in her early 30s.
Modern terminology is vastly different then what it used to be, Milf is just a catch all term for "older woman" now and doesn't specifically need to have children, they dont even really need to be old, just older then the male which still fits Gabi to a T so yes she's a milf.

IIRC it was one of the discord mods rather than Nyx who said Ximenia was 28, Tremonia did say that the mod is usually right though.
