    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    I managed two runs yesterday, both longer than the ones the previous day. I'm feeling good about myself as a result, and hope to increase on a daily basis for the next three weeks until I'm back to work. Sheer determination will win the day, and I'm not going to be put off by the consistent rain that the UK is currently suffering. Rain, I laugh in your face!

    If the British weather continues as it is, I think I shall have to join those dancing poodles. :( I went out for my run yesterday, but had to abandon after a mere 200 yards (metres) because the overnight rain had frozen (remaining that way for the entire day), and the roads and pavements were sheet ice. Running in the snow is one thing, but running on ice is foolhardy. I hope today is better.

    I managed a mile and a half today. It's a little warmer so some of the ice has melted, although some patches were treacherous. I must have looked a fool as I pussyfooted over the slippery bits. Tomorrow, weather permitting, I shall have two runs.

    Well, you didn't actually see it. There I was in my skimpy shorts, a clingy hat covering my entire head, tuquoise Oakley M-frame glasses and gloves, and my arms held out for balance, taking tiny steps like a drunken tightrope walker. Had anyone videoed it, they could have held me to ransome.

    I'm glad you enjoyed it:). A decent workout of any kind always leaves one with a glow of satisfaction. Mind you, the cold weather doesn't do us guys any favours. :eek:;)

    Had I not had the glasses on, it wouldn't have looked quite as bad, but it was bright sunshine, and I get headaches in the sun. With them being the colour they are, they do draw attantion to me. Maybe I should buy some black lenses. Mind you, M-frames are great for sport. They're light and extremely comfortable.

    As for the other matter, it's about time a company made running shorts with thermo control for the . . . delicate area. ;)
